The Legend of the Nine -Tailed Fox
In East Asian mythology, a fox grows additional tails as it matures and gains wisdom until it reaches its penultimate state of enlightenment and becomes a nine-tailed fox. As we set out on our journey into coffee roasting, we aspired to parallel the journey of the nine-tailed fox in a neverending pursuit of improvement in our craft. Coincidentally, our son’s middle name also happens to be “Fox” and we want to show him what can be accomplished through hard work and dedication to excellence.
